Mark Lowndes was the global Chairman of Multilaw from 2011 – 2013 and continues to hold senior roles.

The IBA, established in 1947, is the world’s leading organisation of international legal practitioners, bar associations and law societies. The IBA influences the development of international law reform and shapes the future of the legal profession throughout the world.
It has a membership of more than 80,000 individual lawyers and more than 190 bar associations and local societies spanning over 160 counties.
The IPBA is an international association of commercial lawyers who live in, or have a strong interest in, the Asia-Pacific Region. Established in April 1991 it has grown to become the preeminent legal association in the region with over 1,500 members from over 65 jurisdictions worldwide. Lowndes’ Denis McNamara is the Vice President and will become President in 2017 at the annual conference in Auckland.
