Lowndes welcomes Greg France to our Corporate / Commercial team

Lowndes is pleased to announce that Greg France has joined us as a Senior Associate in our Corporate / Commercial Team. Greg has recently moved back to Auckland after 8 years in London, where he worked at King & Wood Mallesons, a leading international law firm, and as in-house counsel at GlaxoSmithKline. Greg started his career at the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand and was an advisor to the New Zealand government on business law and policy before moving into private practice at leading New Zealand law firms.
Greg has a broad corporate / commercial practice, with specialist expertise in matters involving the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property and technology.
Greg was admitted to the bar in NZ in May 2000 and entered private practice with Chapman Tripp in 2001. He was admitted to the bar in the UK in 2009.
