Tim has over 23 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution with a focus on corporate and commercial matters.  He has considerable experience in insolvency, technology and employment issues.

Tim has worked for MinterEllisonRuddWatts, a boutique Auckland firm specialising in information technology law and a leading Nelson firm. He was a partner with Jeffcott Muller for 8 years. He was a Disputes Tribunal Referee for 3 years based in central Auckland.
