Tim has over 24 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution with a focus on corporate and commercial matters.  He has considerable experience in insolvency, technology and employment issues.

Tim has worked for MinterEllisonRuddWatts, a boutique Auckland firm specialising in information technology law and a leading Nelson firm. He was a partner with Jeffcott Muller for 8 years. He was a Disputes Tribunal Referee for 3 years based in central Auckland.

Tim advises clients who operate across a broad range of industry sectors including wholesale and retail trade, manufacturing and construction, agriculture, horticulture and viticulture, utilities, transportation and storage, accommodation and food service, information and communication technology, financial and insurance, real estate, professional, scientific and technical, administrative and support services including employment, education, health and social services, arts, entertainment and recreation.
